The Ford Agency is working with a national association to fill a long term temporary HR Assistant position. This role will contribute to a broad range of HR related functions and provide all around team support. This Assistant role is a great opportunity for a candidate with demonstrated administrative experience looking to gain well-rounded experience in HR and recruiting!
Responsibilities Include:
Scheduling interviews for HR team
Writing and posting job descriptions
Managing ATS and updating candidate data
Assisting with verifications and manage employee documents
Preparing onboarding materials
Qualifications Include:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Previous administrative experience ideally in association or non-profit setting
Knowledge of MS Office and Zoom
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Great interpersonal skills
